📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and close the books.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
