As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience and a solid foundation in HR management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome kits and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Attend HR meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and other clerical tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in HR practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR, is a plus.
