In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the development of production tooling, from initial design concepts to final validation. You'll work with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tooling meets strict quality standards and production requirements. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and software, including SolidWorks, CATIA, and other industry-standard tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate the development of production tooling, from initial design concepts to final validation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production personnel, to ensure that all tooling meets strict quality standards and production requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, and other design tools to create and validate tooling designs.
• Conduct design validation tests and analyses to ensure that all tooling meets performance and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and manage the procurement of tooling materials and components.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all tooling designs and validation processes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure that all tooling designs are feasible and efficient.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the design and validation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in design validation and tooling development.
• Proven experience with industry-standard design software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies, including CNC machining, injection molding, and other relevant techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) or Certified Manufacturing Technologist (CMfgT) are a plus.
