📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Process payroll transactions and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a remote or digital-first environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and processes.
