📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops focused on communication skills.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees improve their communication abilities.
• Create and distribute communication resources, including manuals, guides, and templates.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate communication training into their teams' development plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in communication and training.
• Foster a culture of open dialogue and collaboration within the organization.
• Provide feedback and support to employees seeking to enhance their communication skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication training, coaching, or instructional design.
• Certification in communication skills training or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of communication theories, models, and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions.
• Experience working in a multicultural or diverse environment.
• Familiarity with communication software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
