📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement safety systems and procedures for mining equipment and operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it is in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to the workforce on safety best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address safety concerns.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and reports.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical safety engineering, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in safety management systems, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001.
• Proficiency in using safety software and tools, such as SAP Safety, AutoCAD, and AutoPlant.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and ISO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
