📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to maintain optimal stock availability.,Promote and manage in-store promotions and sales events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the store meets health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store and meeting sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
