📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of activities.,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.,Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within the department.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of remote work dynamics and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
