In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafes, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafes, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all cafes adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
