📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.,Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Monitor and report on front desk activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
