Lead and supervise a team of data analysts, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the data analysis department.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business operations.,Create and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that data needs are met and that data is used effectively to drive business decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and provide training and support to the team.,Ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and secure, and that data privacy and compliance regulations are met.,Work closely with the IT department to ensure that data infrastructure is functioning properly and that data is accessible to authorized users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on leading and supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.,Professional certification in data analysis (e.g., CDA, CPA) is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
