In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hybrid or remote work environment.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
