📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide personalized and professional service to clients and staff.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Ensure the office and workspace are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all dealings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist with the preparation and service of meals and refreshments when required.
