📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company's HSE management system.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Investigate and report on safety incidents and near-misses.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce on safety matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
