📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage food and beverage menus, including cost control and quality assurance.
• Train and develop F&B staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using POS systems such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Familiarity with local regulations and licensing requirements.
