📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 technical support for desktop and hardware issues, including software installations, hardware repairs, and network troubleshooting.

• Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
