CV Hasta Jaya is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Palu. This role is crucial for enhancing our learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing and mentoring learning and development staff.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the effective delivery of learning and development initiatives.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
