Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the business,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement,Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of financial management and accounting principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
