📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick and harvest coffee cherries from our plantations in Bali, ensuring only the highest quality beans are selected.
• Sort, clean, and pack coffee cherries meticulously, preparing them for the next stage of processing.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of coffee cherries to our roasters.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of coffee cherries throughout the production process.
• Assist in the daily operations of our coffee production facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee production processes.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coffee production, picking, packing, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every task.
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of coffee production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
