📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Clean and sanitize gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, and weight machines, to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the equipment.
• Wipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, including soap, disinfectants, and paper products, to ensure that they are always available and in good condition.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning, as needed.
• Work with the facility manager to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the gym and fitness center are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with team members and management to address any cleaning issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of all gym members and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning services, preferably in a gym or fitness center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with team members and management.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a plus.
