📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction,Assist with food and beverage service during events,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area,Work closely with the event manager to ensure smooth event execution,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally,Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment and decorations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with basic event planning and management,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements,Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
