📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews, preparing job descriptions, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and issues related to employee relations.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
