📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
