Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Identifying and analyzing risks to the organization,Developing and implementing risk management strategies,Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management,Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and recommendations,Staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional certification in internal auditing or risk management is a plus
