📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product range.
  • Lead the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using basic computer software and accounting systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
