Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Overseeing the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conducting regular reviews and audits of mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, analysis, and testing principles.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
