PT Dinamika Yudha is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Samarinda. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and at the warehouse. The salary range for this position is Rp 13.000.000 – Rp 23.000.000 per month. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of warehouse management principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes by implementing best practices and standards.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven track record of managing inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the warehouse industry.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
