HRD Manager - Garment Industry

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that our company operates in a legally sound manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the garment industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
