Agung Kirana Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet, contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules, and that they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Handle vehicle bookings and reservations, ensuring they are made efficiently and cost-effectively.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing logistics operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
