📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and business partners in the Mempawah region.,Promote and sell our products through various channels, including direct sales, trade shows, and online platforms.,Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and industry influencers.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
