Business Banking & Partnership Division Head

Bank IBK Indonesia is seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Banking & Partnership Division Head to lead our commercial banking growth initiatives in the Jakarta region. As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Business Banking portfolio, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. In this role, you will work closely with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to develop and implement innovative banking solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire Business Banking portfolio, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and innovative banking solutions.
• Foster strong client relationships and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure Bank IBK Indonesia remains competitive.
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Represent Bank IBK Indonesia at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business banking, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the Jakarta market and corporate banking landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of banking software and systems, such as Core Banking Solutions, CRM systems, and financial analysis tools.
• Certification in financial analysis or project management is a plus.
