📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with Yogyakarta's retail market is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
